Sublet Studio is Matthew Kay and Massimo Mongiardo. Our studio is located in the East Village.
We created Sublet after spending six years in and out of corporate and independent jobs. We take on clients with whom we can work closely and achieve a fully considered creative approach to their visual needs. We always welcome opportunities to work with institutions and businesses engaged in progressive and creative missions.
